简要规则描述：为进一步贯彻实施《**市垃圾管理条例》，全面建成生活垃圾全程分类体系，加强垃圾分类源头管理，推进辖区发展绿色可持续，开展2025年****点击查看**商铺垃圾整治工作，清运面积：约378953平方米。该项目主要内容为择优选取一家供应商负责对****点击查看**商铺垃圾分类日常检查、上门对分类垃圾进行收集、定点清运，同时做好垃圾分类相关政策的宣传工作等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: In order to further implement the Shanghai Municipal Regulations on Waste Management, comprehensively establish a full process classification system for household waste, strengthen the management of waste classification sources, promote the development of green and sustainable areas in the jurisdiction, and carry out the rectification of waste from shops along Dongming Road Street by 2025, with a total area of approximately 378953 square meters for cleaning and disposal. The main content of this project is to select a supplier to be responsible for the daily inspection of garbage classification in the street shops along Dongming Road Sub district, collect and clear classified garbage at designated locations, and promote relevant policies on garbage classification. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履约期限：本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为2025年06月01日起至2026年05月31日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，在此期间所产生的相关费用，待项目采购完成后由成交供应商按成交价折算支付给原服务单位，费用按成交总价/365*原单位服务天数计算。
The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. The relevant expenses incurred during this period will be converted and paid to the original service unit by the successful supplier based on the transaction price after the project procurement is completed. The expenses will be calculated as the total transaction price divided by 365 the number of service days provided by the original unit.
