Brief Specification Description:In order to ensure the intact use of municipal fire hydrants, to meet the needs of fire fighting and rescue, and to effectively protect the personal safety of citizens and the safety of public property, in accordance with the "Shanghai Fire Hydrant Management Measures", "Municipal Fire Water Supply Facilities Maintenance and Management" (GB/T36122-2018) and other relevant regulations, the implementation of municipal fire hydrant maintenance duties. According to the Notice on Further Standardizing the Maintenance of Municipal Fire Hydrants (Hu Xiao (2021) No. 199) jointly issued by the Shanghai Fire and Rescue Corps, the Shanghai Municipal Water Affairs Bureau, and the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Commission, the municipal fire hydrants of district-level roads filed by the fire department of the new district are maintained daily within the Chuansha area of the municipal fire hydrant maintenance in Pudong New Area.(For details, please refer to Part 3)

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
