简要规则描述：****点击查看市委、市政府关于加强水环境综合治理的相关要求，规范和加强农村生活污水设施运行维护管理工作，保障处理设施的正常运行，切实解决**区城乡污水基础设施建设不平衡问题，补齐农村地区污水治理工作短板，本项目拟通过竞争性磋商的方式选取合格的供应商开展农村生活污水处理设施运维质量抽检及监管设施维护项目采购。具体工作内容包括对农污排水管道养护进行检测，全年抽检 1200 条主管，并对数据进行分析整理；对农村生活污水就****点击查看泵站远程监控设施的运维。

Brief Specification Description: In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government on strengthening comprehensive water environment management, standardize and strengthen the operation, maintenance and management of rural domestic sewage facilities, ensure the normal operation of treatment facilities, effectively solve the problem of unbalanced construction of urban and rural sewage infrastructure in Pudong New Area, and fill the gaps in rural sewage treatment work, this project plans to select qualified suppliers through competitive negotiation to carry out quality inspection of rural domestic sewage treatment facility operation and maintenance and procurement of supervision facilities maintenance projects. The specific job responsibilities include inspecting the maintenance of agricultural sewage drainage pipelines, randomly inspecting 1200 supervisors throughout the year, and analyzing and organizing the data; Operation and maintenance of on-site treatment

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
